Let's fix Amazon if you're not receiving the OTP or one time password.
If you're trying to login to your Amazon account you may run up against an issue with the OTP not sending or getting through. If that's the case, I walk you through steps to take to make sure any text message with the code will go through and you can use it. You will want to head into the Messages settings and from there adjust some options. This works for both iPhone and Android in 2021.
