About this Video:
Wilson Fisk the Former Kingpin of Crime and the current mayor of New York has made his moves against the superhero community by outlawing superhero vigilantism within city limits. He Brings a new team of supervillains called Thunderbolts to maintain law and order alongside NYPD.
Back at Avengers Mansion Luke Cage steps forward to be the hero and goes up against Wilson Fisk. The issue ends with Doctor Octopus creating his own superior team by using Reed Richards Interdimensional gate. The team includes different versions of Hulk, Wolverine, and Ghost Rider
