This will gently guide your body back into parasympathetic mode for rest and digestion as well.

This will allow you to breathe more deeply and more easily. It will also allow you to feel more peace within your body and your mind.

✨Breathe in through the nose for 4 seconds

✨Hold the breath for 12 seconds

✨Exhale out the mouth for 8 seconds
