Have you ever wondered how
Have you ever wondered how much a loan officer makes in California. Every company is different, but based off of my research, a loan officer can make anywhere from 100-150bps per Loan.
If you are getting 100 bps (1%) of the loan amount on a $250K loan amount, then you Wouks make about $2500 per loan.
If you do 5 loans in one month, then that is $12,500 that you can make in one month! No, this is NOT a get rich quick scheme but these numbers are on the conservative end
