The new GSX8R is clearly
The new GSX8R is clearly not the "GIXXER" of the past but one of the new generation , less powerful but good handling modern middleweights. With increasing emission legislation, straight 4 middleweights appear to be a thing of the past although Honda's relaunch of the CBR600RR is interesting.
Most manufacturers appear to be investing heavily in their twin and triple cylinder offers . The 8R is fitted with Suzuki's recently launched parallel,83hp twin and their object was to "combine practical,useable,real world performance with rider friendly controllability and ease of use" .
Do I think they have achieved this? This video explores that, as well as going through the specifications of the bike , a ride out and my concluding thoughts...
