The overripe banana is high on glycemic index so do not consume it often if you are trying to lose weight or keep your blood sugar in check.
Just a little bit of chocolate for flavour but can also skip it and add bits of nuts instead for extra crunchiness and maybe a zero glycemic sweetener like monk fruit sweetener.
