Here is the follow-up to
Here is the follow-up to my garage door opener replacement video. During that process, I discovered that my springs had operated past their expected service life and were due for replacement. I made sure to leave in some tidbits of not-so-good practices so you can see what NOT to do!
Due to the inherent danger of working with high strength springs such as those that support overhead garage doors, my goal with this video is to serve as a guide. Know your limits and do not take what I do as gospel. I am not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from copying what I do in my videos.
