my plan to drop body fat & gain muscle this month (as a 5’1 short girly)👇🏼

personal trainer & nutritionist-approved🪄
1️⃣ lift weights: 3-5x/week
2️⃣ less cardio: 1-2x/week
3️⃣ high protein: (.8-1 grams/pound bodyweight) or at least 100g + protein/day
4️⃣ eat PFF (petite-friendly foods: protein, fats & fiber)
5️⃣ petite fat burning macros ratio
