- 1/2 cup tapuy (rice wine)
- 1 head garlic (minced)
- 1 cup white onion (small diced)
- 1/2 cup carrots (small diced)
- 1/2 cup celery (small diced)
- 3 cups tomato sauce or whole canned tomatoes
- 1 cup stock (chicken or pork)
- 1 pack pasta (500 grams)
- salt & pepper to taste
- chopped fresh herbs (basil or parsley)
