This meal is delicious. Tenderloin in mushroom sauce. A cuisine for everyone. A delicious dish to prepare at home. With this dish, you are sure to succeed. Chicken breast can be used.
**********************************************************************
INGREDIENTS for 4 persons:
500g pork loin
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
400g mushrooms
1 glass of white wine
500ml stock
100ml cooking cream
50g cheese
salt and pepper
oil
Cut the loin into small cubes, season with salt and pepper and sear it in the frying pan. Set aside.
In the same pan, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook for about 15 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 or 4 minutes more.
Add white wine.
Return the meat and cover with stock. Leave to cook for about 20 minutes.
Add the cream and cheese. Mix well and serve.
