Simple rules for making cable tray double 90 degree bend.

First multiply the traveling point 120mm by 0.7 and get 84mm. Travel point is 84 mm. If you measure from the outside at 90 degrees, you have the tray size travel point Add with distance. For example, the cable tray size is 250 mm (250+84 = 334 mm) Now the distance from 750 mm to 334 mm has to be removed. (750 - 334 = 416) MM.

If you take an insight measurement from a 90 degree insight. In that case there is no need to add the size of the tray along with the distance to the traveling point. Just subtract the distance from the traveling point from the measurement and make the continuous marking. For example 500 - 84 = 416 mm.

Now the tray marks 416 mm from the start. Mark 100 by 100 on the front side. After that mark the 120mm travel point. Mark again 100 by 100.

Next 90 degree distance inside to inside 1000 mm. Add the first 90 traveling points and (84mm) and the next 90 degree traveling points. (84 + 84 = 168 mm) Now subtract 168 from 1000 mm (1000-168 = 832 mm)

Now make 832 US from first 90 last US. 100 by 100 marking . Marking at 120 mm traveling point. Marking again 100 by 100. (V) Marking done .
