Wear it on that's nice and the shoulders back is not too restrictive to good all it fits now so you can move around and all that. You don't you just ah, you can feel a correcting your posture and not forcing you, into correct posture which is really nice.  

So the shoulders back is nice because it's really a comfortable posture brace you can wear all day, and I got my shirt on here. I want to show you there's the straps right here you can't notice them.
