💝  FACIAL EXERCISES TO TONE THE FACE 💝
In another skincare video, I briefly mentioned that I do a short series of facial exercises every morning.  I have been doing these facial exercises for about 10 years and they only take about five minutes. Thanks for watching my video on my facial exercises.  If you have other facial exercises you do, please share them in the comments below.

FACIAL EXERCISES LIST:

Following is a list of the few facial toning exercises I do each day.  Usually I do them in the morning before I get ready, but sometimes I do them in the car instead.

UNDER EYE TONER
Slightly raise your eyebrows
Raise your lower eyelids upward on a count of five until your eyes are closed
Hold your lower lids in this position for a count of five
Do three times
Note – It should feel like you are squinting in the sun.

UPPER CHEEK TONER
Open your mouth on a long oval (your face should be longer and thinner)
Place your first two fingers of each hand on both sides of your upper cheeks
Hold the fingers firmly as resistance while you tighten the upper cheeks, lifting them against your fingers
Do 10-30 times

UPPER LIP STRENGTHENER & LIP LINE ERASER
Hook both your thumbs into your mouth, near the outside corners of your upper lip
Using your thumbs as resistance, tighten your upper lip against your thumbs
You should feel your upper lip tense
Do 10-30 times

JAWLINE FIRMER
Place your mouth in a long, narrow oval (this will make your face longer and slimmer)
Tighten the muscles in your jawline and the lower part of your face
Using the four fingers on each hands, strongly tap against your lower face, about an inch above your jawline.
As you tap, tighten the muscles in your jaw and lower face even more
Do times to the center, then10 times to each side, if desired.

DOUBLE CHIN FIRMER
Raise your chin toward the ceiling
Jut your lower jaw upward and scoop it upward
Do 10-30 times

NECK FIRMER
Raise your chin toward the ceiling
Make an exaggerated “Kiss” toward the ceiling (stretch your lips upward like a platypus))
Hold this kiss position for 10 seconds
(you may also turn the neck to the left, then to the right and hold the same kiss position)
Hold for 10 to 30 seconds
