An incredibly tasty delicacy - plum jam with chocolate. While you are cooking, the smell and aroma will be such that you and your children can hardly wait until the end of cooking!

Ingredients:
2.5 kg pitted plums (preferably Hungarian)
1.5 kg sugar
zest of one orange
50 g cocoa
50 g dark chocolate
1 packet (10 g) vanilla sugar
1 tbsp. l. soda per 1 liter of water

Cooking method:
1. Wash the plums, cut them into halves and remove the pits. Soak in soda solution for 2 - 3 hours. Rinse with water.
2. Sprinkle with sugar and leave for 4 - 6 hours to release the juice.
3. Put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Leave overnight.
4. Put on fire, cook for 20 minutes after boiling. Leave it overnight again (it’s better to leave it for a day, place it in the refrigerator after cooling, then the plum will be better saturated with syrup.
5. Add cocoa, chocolate pieces, orange zest. Cook for 20 minutes after boiling. Add vanilla sugar 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Place in sterilized jars and seal.
