Kundalini Yoga is a safe and effective healing modality.  Post Traumatic Stress Disorder affects a lot of people.  Events in childhood and beyond lead us to a place of needing healing.  This practice in addition to good support, counseling, good nutrition, and sleep can really help.  Practice this meditation for 40 days to address the symptoms of PTSD.  

Note to practitioners:
Clarifying the last part of the kriya.  Here it is written out - I can't upload a picture - sorry.  
1. Hold the ring finger and the baby finger down with the thumb on each hand
2. with your palms facing up, extend your arms out to the sides keeping your hands in this mudra
3. rotate your arms forward so that your palms face behind you
4. continue as instructed
