Want an overview of what BUD/S Second Phase is? In Navy SEAL training, you have to go to BUD/S, which stands for Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training, which has three phases to it. Navy SEAL training is arguably the toughest military training in the world, with an attrition rate of roughly 80%.
