क्रीमी फ्रूट सैंडविच बनाने का आसान तरीका || Creamy Fruit Sandwich recipe by TJ WORLD

Ingredient :
1) Bread slices : 4nos
2) Mix Fruit(pinapple(anaanas) , apple, pomegranate(anaar)) : 1 cup
For Batter -
1) Full Cream whipped with 2tbs sugar : 1 Cup
2 Semolina : ¾ Cup
3) Flour : 2 Tbs
4) Sugar : 2 Tbs
5) Baking Soda : 1 Tbs
6) Milk : 1 cup
7) Oil for shallow fry
Recipe :
1) Cut the edges of Bread and keep it side.
2) Now start making fruit boxes.
3) For that spread the full cream(Whipped with 2 Tbs sugar) on one side of bread slice.
4) Next repeat the same to the other side of the slice.
5) Add mix fruit on the top of slice(cream).
6) Now take another slice with cream and turn it on the top of fruit.
7) Repeat the process for making other fruit boxes.
8) Now for batter add semolina, flour, sugar and baking soda in a container and mix it well.
9) Start adding milk and mix continuously so that no lumps will be there until it gets good consistency(without runny) .
10) Keep the batter for at least ½ and hour for rest.
11) Now preheat the pan and add oil.
12) Start adding fruit boxes carefully and fry until golden brown.
13) TIPS : Fry the fruit boxes in low flame for 5 min each sides.
14) Fry until it turns golden brown from both the sides and turn off the flame.
15) Cool it down and Creamy Fruit box is ready to serve.
