Getting Around T Bill minimums on Fidelity

The most common question I get about buying treasury bills (or T-bills) through Fidelity is about minimum purchases. "Can I buy a treasury if there is a large minimum purchase?" In most cases you can buy the bond but it will be at a slighly lower interest rate.
