Zigzag streaking method of isolation | Microbiology | Part 4

Zigzag streak plate method is a technique of inoculation of pure culture of the microorganisms (mostly bacteria), from a mixed population. The inoculum is streaked over the agar surface in such a way that bacterial cell density gets diluted and we get isolated single colonies.
