How to upload Docker Images to ECR on AWS in under 10 minutes

I walk through how to upload a Docker Image from a local computer to AWS Elastic Container Registry (ECR) service. I show how to make an IAM User with the appropriate permissions and supply these credentials to the aws cli tool. I also demonstrate how to create the ECR repo in the AWS console.
