How to Make a Whistle Using a Highlighter or Pen

Want to see how easy it is to make a whistle? This DIY whistle is simple to make, effective to use, and best of all it's made with repurposed materials - a used highlighter.  Don't believe it will work? Check out the end of the video for a whistle demonstration.  You truly can make a whistle from just about anything that is tube shaped.  Believe me, I have been trying everything I can think of for years.  

This is the first Dialed In DIY whistle video but I will have many more to come in the future where we will Dial In to bigger, better and much louder versions.  But for now this is a great intro on how to make a whistle.  There are really just a couple of basic modifications that need to be made to an old pen or other tube to turn it into a whistle.  It's fun trying to make useful / functional things from old stuff.  So why not give it a try?
