Time, taking wind, sun, cold, water as its assistants, creates amazing stone structures. To see these unique creations of nature, we will visit different places in Russia. Intricate shapes on the Sinyaya River, Lena Pillars on the Lena River, exotic landscapes on the Anabar Plateau in Yakutia, a geological monument on Mount Man-Pupu-ner in the subpolar Urals. Lena pillars are not just pillars! This is real gothic. Cathedrals, castles, towers, rush to a height of more than 150 meters above the river, and stretch along the coast for forty kilometers. On the banks of the Lena, you can meet another unique phenomenon. Sand dunes. In Yakutia they are called tukulans. "Tukula" in Evenki means sand.
To find natural monuments on the Anabar river, we had to raft down the Kotuykan River. And again you marvel at the fantasy of nature. The buildings here are not like those we saw on the Lena River. This is not Gothic, but the heavy Romanesque style of early feudal fortresses. And finally, we are going to meet another amazing creation of nature - the fabulous idols of the Man-Popu-Nyor mountain in the Northern Urals.
