This is a great exercise to strengthen core muscles and abs. It also improves coordination, balance, and flexibility.
1. Lie on your back. Place your arms above your head towards the ceiling and your knees bent.
2. Lower your left leg and extend your right arm behind your head.
3. Return to the starting position and repeat with the opposite arm and leg.
