Yooupi今天探店的是法国图卢兹排名第1的亚洲餐厅，1家日本拉面。之前上网看这家店说是要排队1-2个小时，而且很多客人抱怨说接待人数有限都不一定吃得到，Yooupi觉得特别好奇，在法国日本拉面其实很多，而这家店是怎么做到需要排队吃的？所以我决定一探究竟！老板是1对日本夫妇，态度非常的热情和礼貌，老板娘点餐，老板就煮面，厨房是开放式的，有点像日本的居酒屋，能感觉到很浓厚的日式风格。面条端上来，简直是把我惊艳到了，首先卖相很棒，摆盘让人非常有食欲，我点了两道面，一道是最基本的日式汤面，比较经典的款式，面汤是用猪骨和鸡熬制的，浓香醇厚，面条都是手工制作的，非常筋道。最值得一提的是我点的日式油面，搭配了叉烧肉，日式温泉蛋爆开搅拌在面条上，画面太馋人了，大口吸溜，满嘴包裹酱汁的面条，非常香。Yooupi来法国很多年，这样品质的拉面真的不多见。店内换桌速度非常快，因为很多人都在店外站着等位，我大约用餐了40分钟左右，走的时候外面还有至少10个客人在等位置。不过它的味道绝队值得你的等待！Yooupi's shop today is the
