रेस्टॉरंट स्टाईल व्हेज मंचाव सूप करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १/४ कप कॉर्न फ्लोअर
• १ कप बारीक चिरलेलं गाजर
• १ कप बारीक चिरलेली कोबी
• १ कप बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• १ कप बारीक चिरलेली ढोबळी मिरची
• १ कप चिरलेली कांद्याची पात
• १ चमचा चिली सॉस
• १ चमचा सोया सॉस
• १ चमचा टोमॅटो सॉस
• १ छोटी वाटी बारीक चिरलेली लसूण
• १/२ छोटी वाटी बारीक चिरलेलं आलं
• १ बारीक चिरलेली हिरवी मिरची
• काळी मिरपूड
• १ मोठा चमचा तेल
• हक्का नूडल्स
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• लिंबाचा रस
• तळण्यासाठी तेल

Let’s see how to make restaurant style Manchow soup today. This is a popular Indo-Chinese that is loved by all. It is spicy, tangy and is full of flavors. It is a tasty and healthy recipe as it contains lot many veggies. It can be a good appetizer or starter. This is a very easy and simple recipe. Besides, I will show you how to make vegetable stock and fried noodles too!! t tastes fantastic with crunchy fried noodles, lit many veggies and is full of flavors. You can have it as light meal too. We already have seen different soup recipes. This is yet another simple yet delicious addition to the list. Try this recipe at home and write to me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup Corn flour
• 1 cup finely chopped Carrot
• 1 cup finely chopped Cabbage
• 1 cup finely chopped Onion
• 1 cup finely chopped Capsicum
• 1 cup chopped spring Onion
• 1 tsp Chili sauce
• 1 tsp Soya sauce
• 1 tsp Tomato sauce
• 1 katori finely chopped Garlic
• 1/2 katori finely chopped Ginger
• 1 finely chopped green chili
• Black Pepper powder
• 1 tbsp Oil
• Hakka noodles
• Water as needed
• Salt to taste
• Lemon juice
• Oil for frying

Method:
• Heat up water on high heat in a pan and add 1/2 cup cabbage, 1/2 cup carrot, 1/2 cup onion,
 spring onion, 1/2 cup capsicum and salt.
• Mix well and bring it to boil.
• When the mixture begins to boil, turn the heat to medium and cover the pan.
• Simmer the veggies for about 10-15 minutes. Vegetable stock is ready.
• Heat up oil high heat and add garlic.
• Fry garlic well for about 20-30 seconds and add ginger.
• Fry it well together for about 20-30 seconds.
• Add onion and fry well on high heat for about 30-40 seconds.
• Add carrot and fry well for about 20-30 seconds.
• Add green chili and fry well.
• Add capsicum and fry well for about 30-40 seconds.
• Add cabbage and fry together for about 30-40 seconds.
• Add spring onion and mix well.
• Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, black pepper powder and salt and fry well.
• Strain the stock into the fried mixture and water to adjust the consistency.
• Mix 1 tsp corn flour and 3 tsp water well together to make corn flour slurry and add it into the
 soup.
• Mix well and add lemon juice.
• Simmer the soup on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
• Add spring onion and veg Manchow soup is ready.
• Heat up water in a pan and bring it to boil.
• Add salt and hakka noodles.
• Boil the water until the noodles loosen up.
• When the noodles begin to separate, turn the gas off and strain all the water from it.
• Separate them and sprinkle about 1 tsp corn flour.
• Toss the noodles well in corn flour and shake off excess corn flour.
• Heat up oil in a pan and drop noodles into it.
• Fry the noodles well until they turn nice and crunchy and get nice golden color.
• When the noodles are fried well, take them out, drain excess oil and transfer them into a dish.
 Fried noodles are ready.
• When these noodles cool down completely, store them in an airtight container.
• Serve hot soup with some fried noodles.
