Today we are going to find out how to make a Minecraft server. It is a lot easier than you think.
1: You need to get the newest java version

2: You need to download the server file
Server file link: https://mcversions.net/
3: You need to make a file to place the server files in.
4: In the server folder you made with the server file you create a text file which you name "server starter" and change ".txt" with ".cmd"
5: Then you edit the cmd document and type
Text: java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.1.18.2.jar nogui
6: You change the " java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M" with how much ram you want to allocate in MB as x " java -Xmx{x}M -Xms{x}M" example "java -Xmx2000M -Xms2000M" witch is 2000 MB ram allocated.
7: Save and quit the document and run it by double-clicking
8: Then refresh your file explorer (might not be necessary) and find the file called EULA and edit it by changing "eula=false" to "eula=true"
9: Double-click the starter again and start logging in to your router
10: Add a new firewall rule called "Minecraft" where you add the "query.port=xxxx" as the numbers in the "source port"
11: Make it a Tcp+Udp rule and save
12: Go into windows firewall and into advanced settings
13: Add in outbound rules a new rule called Tcp with the numbers from the "query.port" and make it a Tcp rule
14: Do the same with Udp and the exact same in inbound rules
15: Find your IP address and send it to your friends and your server is now live!
