TODAY'S RECIPE IS Lemon Loaf Cake | Super Moist & Velvety Lemon Cake Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
1 lemon
Squeeze the juice
Sugar 3/4 cup
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Mix well
Butter 100gm
2 egg (one at a time)
Lemon flavour 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Mix well
7 inch pan
Grease butter
Place baking paper
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 30-40 mins

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
