A Fighting Chance: Double Punches Boxing Club

Double Punches Boxing Club provides young people with an opportunity to become involved in an activity that serves as a positive outlet and an alternative to a life that might otherwise be riddled with drugs, gangs, and street violence. Youth from all over Santa Rosa flock to the program to release energy through, sweat, physical training and boxing. The program has even nurtured some students to pursue competitive titles in renowned events such as the Junior Olympics. Take a look at how The Salvation Army has opened up new opportunities to youth who might have otherwise found themselves spending their time in a less constructive way.

Share Change is an initiative of the The Salvation Army USA Western Territory that produces video content infused with messages of transformation and hope, designed to empower individuals to share the Gospel message with others via online and social networking platforms. Share Change aims to reach beyond traditional means of influence in order to tell the world about the physical, emotional and spiritual healing to be found in a relationship with Jesus Christ.
