braciole al sugo is a classic second main course from Southern Italy. Basically it is very thin beef cutlets filled with delicious local ingredients, rolled up and slow cooked in a moderately spicy tomato sauce. There exist numerous variations of this dish, especially regarding the filling - in this video recipe I will reveal my secret filling, which is making the difference, trust me! Homemade in Italy in my house at Lake Como, but with original ingredients from Southern Italy, especially from Basilicata.
