Maryjane Byarm thought she could just blow off the staff at an Italy hotel when they told her she broke their policy about outside food. Instead of just apologizing and trying to fix the situation. Maryjane ordered more food after being told about the policy. We have to remember we're foreigners when we travel to other countries. Other countries won't allow disrespect as we allow it in the US.
