Recipe Below 👇🏽 . . . RECIPE 👩🏽‍🍳 INGREDIENTS * Lamb Shoulder 1.5kg -2kg * Fresh Rosemary Sprigs * Whole bulb of Garlic cut in half (plus a few extra garlic cloves sliced to stuff inside lamb * 1 onion * 2 tbsp Olive oil * 1 1/2-2 tsp salt * 1/12 -2 tsp ground black pepper * 1 cup beef broth, can be substituted for 1 cup water INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 220°C 2. Rub olive oil, salt & pepper all over the lamb 3. Use a sharp knife to make incisions in the lamb and stuff the holes with sliced garlic and rosemary (around 8-10 incisions depending on the size of lamb) 4. Half your onion and place on the roasting pan, add the halved garlic bulb and rosemary, now place the lamb on top and pour your beef broth inside roasting pan avoiding the lamb 5. Cover with foil and place in the middle of the oven to slow cook at 160°C for 3hrs 6. Remove foil and check if some liquid still remains, if none add 1 cup of water return to the oven up to and roast for a further 30mins so the skin is nice and brown 7.
