I've taught this general idea for years for magicians, but it required the ability to force a card or utilize some other skills beyond the typical non-magician. Now, here's a way to apparently pull a toy, candy or money directly from your phone with no skills or practice that's perfect for ANYONE, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE! It's not exactly life shattering, but it's a modern day version of "pulling a quarter our of someone's ear!" Enjoy!
The steps are simple:
1. Take a picture of a black surface.
2. Take a picture of a black surface with the secret item on it.
3. Take a picture of a black surface.
NOW you have three photos that you can switch/swipe between. To do the trick, tell someone you can make something appear on your screen. It will look like your phone is OFF, but it's actually a blank, black picture. When you wave your hand past the screen, you secretly swipe the item onto the screen. Meanwhile, the real matching item is also hidden BEHIND THE PHONE! Next, you simply pull the item "from the phone" by pulling the back item into view while swiping the image away to blank again!
You can have this set up with multiple items if you know a kid or group of kids want to see it again and again. Enjoy and definitely share with friends! Everyone needs a little trick up their sleeve.
