How To: Work a Gusset Heel (2aat)

This tutorial video focuses on the multitude of steps required to work a 2aat gusset heel from the creation of the heel flaps through to the picking up of sts to work in the round again. The socks being knit in this video are from the Conchoidal Sock MKAL hosted by The Unapologetic Knitter from March 23rd to April 20th, 2018 in the Unapologetic Knitter Ravelry group: www.ravelry.com/groups/the-unapologetic-knitter Once this MKAL is complete, the pattern Conchoidal Sock pattern will be available for individual purchase through Ravelry and will be published as a 1aat sock pattern. I recommend pausing this video frequently to read through your own instructions for your heel flaps to get the most out of the steps. I realize it is very long and doesn't show every step in its entirety.
