Today's Full Body Yoga Sculpt workout will work your body in so many different ways. By slowing the pace down and adding light dumbbells to the moves, you are going to feel and works parts of your body like never before.  This is gentle on the joints and for all levels.  We are using 2-5lb dumbbells to level up the moves but this is optional.  Roll out your mat and Let's GO!
