Magnum XLS 52A ABC Engine For Sale- SOLD!

Please read before buying. This is the venerable Magnum XLS 52A true ABC dual ball bearing engine. I am the second owner, my father being the first. I am the one who broke this motor in and can tell you it is a low time engine. I would say, besides initial break-in, it has less than 20 flights on it. The pinch at TDC is still great and the motor puts out maximum power spinning a 10 X 8 Apc prop at 12,660 rpm, which is about 350 rpm below peak. Other than a few small scrathes, overall appearance is great. Right out of the box, Magnum engines are notorious for needle valve o-ring leaks causing difficult high and low speed adjustment. I am including 3 extra custom cut silicone secondary seals, which cure this problem, as well as a hand written instruction sheet showing where the seal goes. As demonstrated, in the video, there is a secondary seal installed, which is why the engine runs so well. It comes with original box, remote needle valve assembly, muffler baffle, paperwork, instructions and decal sheet. Does not include prop, glow plug or fuel. Haha!
