Honing Aircooled VW Cylinders - Improving Engine Performance With CNC Cylinder Honing

Using our Sunnen SV-30 CNC vertical hone, we hone some out-of-round aftermarket Volkswagen Cylinders for a 1000hp turbo VW dragster. We also talk about surface finish with readings taken from our Mitutoyo Profilometer. These numbers are critical for piston ring seal and horsepower.
