Anechoic chamber - Hora instruments (Camera anecoica)

The anechoic chamber of the Hora factory is a special chamber, very rare in the world. This room is similar to Microsoft's anechoic chamber.
The anechoic chamber is designed to completely absorb sound reflections and to reproduce as clearly as possible the sounds that are produced here. This room is built inside a concrete cube with 30 cm thick parts.
The inside of the cube is padded with special materials that eliminate any echo. The noise is 100% absorbed.
The construction has its own foundation, to be separated from the vibrations of the building it belongs to.
For the Hora factory, the main role of this chamber is to allow our engineers to test the sound of musical instruments manufactured at Hora, in perfectly adapted conditions to report the clear sound.
Those who entered this anechoic chamber noticed that they were surprised by how hard they heard their breathing. After only a few seconds they began to hear the gurgling of their own stomach. Many people did not last more than 1 minute! Deprivation of functions affects the brain and not everyone can bear it.
This anechoic chamber is commonly used in acoustics but can be used to perform any experiments in nominal "free field" conditions, meaning that there are no reflected signals. All sound energy will move away from the source, with almost no wave reflected back.
