Instead of charging brokers to learn all of the essentials to pass the RERA exam, I am offering this course for free.
The information is all publicly available from the Dubai Land Department, however I created this course over a period of three months in order to provide the essential information in one place.
In order to become a Real Estate broker in Dubai, you must pass the RERA exam each year to renew your permit to practice Real Estate. The information contained in this course will cover all of the basics:
1) Why Dubai? History of Real Estate in Dubai
2) Broker Basics and Ethics
3) Important Terminology
4) Sales Process
5) Leasing Process
6) Calculations for Brokers
7) Mortgage
Although the course is designed for brokers, many investors and landlords have taken similar Real Estate courses so that they have the best chance of success in the legal matters of their investments. I welcome you to share this video with anybody who has an interest in Real Estate in Dubai!
