This is First Video in Unit II of Corporate Accounting Subject.  Many students have asked to upload videos for Redemption of Preference Shares.  In this video, Introduction to Redemption of Preference Shares and the important Provisions and Conditions for redeeming the Preference Shares as per Sections 80 and 80A of the Companies Act.
