2018 Honda Crv Android Auto Black Screen cause and fix

Skip to 5:15 for fix........
I'm surprised I got this on video. Ive had the black screen issue 3 times since I first used Android Auto.....Both times it returned randomly and cut out again.....After giving up and making an appointment at the dealership, it fixed itself again......I was able to get it to fail again and finally found out how to correct the issue.....Even though the screen is black ....Android Auto is running. It seems to be a problem with the screen display and the steering wheel controls changing between radio and android auto.
