Let's make almond flour waffles! These are low in sugar and carbs unlike traditional waffles, so they won't leave you feeling tired after breakfast. They will fit into diets for people who practice keto, paleo, low carb, diabetic, and low sugar diets (and anyone else too!). In this video, I first make them with whole eggs and then experiment making them with egg whites only.

List of ingredients:
• 1 Cup Almond Flour, alternatively you can use the left over pulp from making almond milk.
• A pinch or a couple shakes of salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 4 whole eggs OR alternatively you can use 9 tablespoons (138 grams) of egg whites.
• A heaping 1/3 cup (113 grams) of unsweetened apple sauce
