Official FaceBuilder for Blender installation tutorial

Please pay attention to the filenames, don't try to install the core library instead of the add-on itself, if you did — you'd need to remove it from the Blender user installed add-ons folder. Also note that the add-on and the core library should be of the same version.

Before updating you need to remove the old version and relaunch Blender.
