About Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah:
• Australia’s highest cool-climate botanic garden within the Blue Mountains World Heritage

• Originally a cut flower farm, this Garden is renowned for its bulb displays. The annual
Daffodil display features over 50,000 bulbs this year making it the largest display ever

Mat Murray is a Horticulturalist at the Botanic Gardens of Sydney, based in the Blue
Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah where he cares for the cool climate flora situated in
the display Garden Areas. He has a specialized interest in the spring bulbs including tulips,
daffodils, and other fabulous blooms currently in flower at the Garden.
