Redefining Success | Alaska Float Moose Hunt | Hunt Plans

Welcome to ‪@HuntPlans‬. In 2023 we decided to take a longtime dream, of a moose hunt - and turn it into a reality.  We spent months planning, preparing getting ready for this hunt- which was to be a very remote rafting float hunt, accessed by float plane.  This wasn't meant to be, the transporter had issues with all of his planes - forcing us to decide on whether to go or not.  We made a last minute change and went anyways - on a river that is accessible by road on both ends, and had MANY other hunters on it.

These changes, put us in a situation on where we had to redefine success for the trip.  Alaska is an amazing place to be, regardless of your outcome.  Our vision is to help average everyday hunters plan, prepare and make decisions on the most practical way to spend their time and money for their personal hunting adventures.
