Shocking Seiko LOW Accuracy + Alternatives

Here we cover Seiko watches and the rated specs provided directly on the Seiko watches website. While some of their watches (spring drive and quartz) offer accuracy on the watches high, most are between -15 +25 or -10 + 15. I am not saying this in a negative way, just shedding some light as well as providing some watches that are COSC certified and at the $1k price range.
