This video lecture tells how to calculate GPA and percentage. There are two grading systems. One is based on percentage and second is based on GPA. The percentage system is implemented in secondary and higher secondary while GPA is implemented in degree programs. In secondary and higher secondary system, the grades are assigned after calculate percentage while in degree program grades are assigned after calculate grade point average. The CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) is calculated two or more semesters while GPA is calculated of one semester. The GPA is calculated on point base and number of credit hours. Every subject have different credit hours. In this video lecture, GPA calculated practically.
