This 30-minute yin yoga for deep hip release was created to help access and release stress & tension stored deep within the tissues of your body. We will hold each pose for about 3 minutes each to sink deeper into the hips and let go of anything no longer benefiting our being. Remember that my words are only ever a suggestion. Honor your body and skip anything that does not serve you. Take a deep breath & let's get started. Enjoy :)
