26.1 FMZ1 Create Miscellaneous Obligation

The FMZ1 transaction code is used to create and obligate a fund document simultaneously. This procedure is used to manually enter a Miscellaneous Obligation in GFEBS that is not subject to the prompt payment act. This transaction generally does not require a goods receipt, penalties and interest are not applicable.
