Dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 50-55% – 150 g
Cream cheese – 450 g  
Cream with a fat content of 30-35% – 450 g
Powdered sugar – 60 g (3 tbsp. l. without top)  
Cocoa – 40 g (4 tbsp. l. without top)
