This song came out in 1971(the year after Jimi died), on Cry of Love album . Jimi almost always tuned down 1/2 step & I tuned down for this lesson . When I learned this song I did it from the version on First rays of the New Rising Sun album ,which was called Angel 'Reprise'. I mainly wanted to go over the chord changes and didn't focus on all the fills . Just trying to find a way to make it sound good on the acoustic ! Hope this will help in learning this song
